Need Blueprism RPA Test Analyst – ON Contract
RPA QA Test Analyst
Note : Candidates must have personal laptop to working initially until Company laptop delivers & candidate should be ready to reallocate to Bangalore/Chennai.
As an RPA Test Analyst you will work with developers and stakeholders to review solution designs, vali-date and oversee execution of test cases to verify requirements have been met. You will be a self-motivated proactive individual who can contribute to the successful delivery of testing in a project.
What we expect:
• Review and understand solution designs for automated processes.
• Work with Product Owners and developers to agree test cases and their acceptance criteria.
• Validate end to end test scenarios to cover solution requirements, and discuss these with senior stakeholders for their approval.
• Request test data sets to cover the pre-agreed test scenarios and manage this data to ensure it is still viable/usable at point of testing.
• Oversee the testing of newly developed solutions (Digital Workers), to ensure high quality has been provided.
• Perform Regression testing in an agile environment with deployment of new releases (Fix forward release).
• Identify defects within the solution and prioritise these, ensuring development team have raised in Jira and track through to closure.
• Work within an agile framework within sprints or work effectively in a waterfall environment.
• Ability to execute testing tasks independently, yet work collaboratively within the team.
• Create a culture of transparency, ownership, collaboration, accountability and quality.
• Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders including release managers, test leads, and other suppliers and stakeholders.
• Good communications skills and ability to articulate the impact of defects to non-technical stakehold-ers.
• Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry recognized Best Practic-es.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Self Motivatition is a must
• Good communication skills is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• RPA understanding (strong candidate) (Blue Prism even better)
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience of testing Business Processes
• Experience with using test and defect management tools (JIRA, HPALM etc)
• Experience in different methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile Scrum
• Over 4 to 5 years of experience (good to have)
• ISTQB Foundation (or higher) or equivalent (good to have)
• Telecom Domain Knowledge (good to have)
