Roles and Responsibilities
- We are looking for a savvy Data Science & Engineering professional to join the newly formed Data Science team
- The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams
- The ideal candidate should be experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up
- Develop, design and test data visualization reports, dashboards, KPIs, and insights in data viz. tools
- Develop tabular and multidimensional models that follow industry best practice
- Create end to end data products and productionize them in cloud/in-house servers
Technical Skills
- 1 to 4 years of experience in data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up.
- Should be aware of Big Data technologies HBase, Hive, Pig, Oozie, MapReduce, Apache Spark, Yarn, HDFS, Apache Kafka, Zookeeper
- Hands on exposure on any of Cloud Technologies like AWS/GCP/Azure
- Hands-on experience with Statistics, Python, R, Database (SQL/NoSQL), Tableau, PowerBI, ETL, Data Wrangling, Data Exploration, ML, DL
- Monitoring – Infra and Application monitoring, logging, alerting
- Backend – Python (Django/Flask), Go, Julia
- Good to have Docker, Kubernetes.
