Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities–
Position Summary:
- The person is responsible for carrying out risk monitoring to support risk mitigation and proactive decision making from risk perspective and ensure timely preparation and dissemination of risk reports, presentations and analysis.
- The position is based at CreditAccess Grameen HQ in Bangalore.
Key Accountability:
- Summarize large volume of data and prepare risk reports.
- Identify portfolio trends and recommend action in a timely manner.
- Liaise with IT Dept. for development of new reports, or improvement/changes in existing ones.
- Automate regular reports using various tools like R, Macros (in Excel), etc.
- Develop/Monitor predictive models for loss forecasting, new customer acquisition, upsell, collection, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile—
Knowledge & Experience:
- 2-5 Years experience of coding in R/Python.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of loan products is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
- Possess a flair for numbers.
- Detail oriented and has an analytical approach.
- Good & clear communication skills in English.
