Job Location: Pune
These roles require holding all RA support teams (internal and managed service teams) accountable for the resolution of critical incidents, communication to the RA organization during outages and management of the incident during the outage.
This role is part of a global team that will be on call in a “follow the sun” model, working closely together to ensure that RA is supported 24/7 for it’s critical infrastructure.
