Job Location: Mumbai (All Areas)
Roles and Responsibilities
- To be a key team player on data integration and Dashboard creation for the HR Team
- To be active player on tracking various key HR touchpoint trends and publishing the daily, weekly, monthly analysis on them
- To work on various reports for various stakeholders such as internal HR Team, Senior Manager, various department within organization
- To liaise with inter depending team for smooth reporting purpose
- Support on various HR initiatives and key projects as a team member
- Ability to create effective presentations on various HR related areas for reviews and discussions for decision making
- Also work with CHRO closely on supporting some of the areas directly as EA to CHRO
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years experience in similar role/ function
- Ability to multitask
- Statistics / data analytics strength
- Excel proficiency
- Hands on experience in Power BI
- Good Power Point skill
- Written and oral communication and presentation skills
