• Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex dashboards KPI scorecards in Tableau and Apache Superset.

• Use experience in BI Analytics design to interface multiple sources of data and tell a story through dashboards

• Improve/enhance the performance and usability of existing analytic dashboard reports

• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the globe, understand business objectives and formulate requirements

• Develop analytics applications for deployment with for cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes Docker.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of business intelligence or software development experience with multi-tenant enterprise SaaS applications built on Tableau, Apache Superset, SQL, and big data technologies.

• Good experience and in-depth knowledge of data visualization, data transformation and cleansing, and business analytics products and solutions.

• Strong experience with Tableau Desktop/Server, Apache Superset, SQL.

• Experience with troubleshooting and fixing data visualization performance issues.

• Experience of working with CI/CD pipelines and working with automated unit testing suits.

• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

• Ability to work with globally distributed and multi-cultural teams.

Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in dimensional database design.

• Understanding and experience working with data warehousing, and data quality.

• Experience in the healthcare business/industry is considered a big plus.

• Experience in JavaScript programming and web development will be plus.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. Master s degree desired but not mandatory.
