As an Analyst, you will be a member of a consulting team focused on performing M&A market research assessments for a broad spectrum of industries.
You will report to the Manager of Market Due Diligence and will be part of a growing global and multicultural team. Long-term, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in adjacent disciplines across the M&A lifecycle, such as deal execution, financial due deligence and post-merger integration.
Market due diligence includes: Primary and secondary research and analysis of early-stage acquisition companies across different business strategic sectors, e.g. digital, technology, consulting. Gather information, perform basic analysis on information gathered to provide meaningful insights, and organize findings into a compelling report. Assessing companies’ strategic/commercial fit, identifying financial risks and opportunities. Leverage data analytics and data visualization techniques to enhance reporting workflow. Provide input on best practices and process optimization opportunities.
