HR TSC Foundations – Applied Intelligence Solutions is looking for a strong Data Scientist, responsible for addressing deep analytics and predictive requirements of the Talent Supply Chain CoE. The AI Solutions Data Scientist will partner with different teams in TSC (such as TSC Advisory Partners, TSC forecasters and TSC Enablement teams) and outside TSC (such as CIO, AI Solution Architects, etc), to build Applied Intelligence models and assets. He or She will contribute as a core TSC Foundations team member driving end- to end change and results for our HR stakeholders. We are looking for an out- of-the-box thinker, passionate about innovation and agile development.

Job Qualifications
Create foundational data capabilities by leveraging existing data in addition to constantly learning about new technologies.
Design and implement scalable data repositories to integrate qualitative and quantitative research data.
Design and implement new Predictive solutions based upon business needs and requirements.
Work with TSC-CoE, CIO and other teams to define and implement end to end working solutions (PoC, GDPR, Scaling, to Industrialization)
Program and Project Timeline Management, Communication
Continuously monitor results from existing solutions, observe/identify anomalies & drivers of influence, propose agile enhancements for optimizing model(s).
Understand relevant business concerns, how they relate to current/forecast results, and then work to “connect the dots”. Focus on diagnosis, likely outcomes, and suggested resolutions.
Review or prepare high quality summary data cuts (e.g. reports, dashboards, graphs), commentary on findings and trends being presented to the TSC and HR top leadership.
Link data findings to developments and known events/ issues and provide a business context around data interpretation.
