Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the foundational data views in S4/HANA and BW4 to recommend financial data analytics outcomes

• Develop and operationalize reporting and data analytics to measure impact with PFR data platform transformation to SAC and S4/HANA

• Translate analytics outcomes into actionable business insights to deliver business objectives

• Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance and partner with the Analytics team to develop tools and dashboards.

• Collaborate with the NEXUS (S4/HANA) program tower leads to understand implications management reporting design to inform financial reporting

• Build and maintain appropriate data and analytical models to support robust data and information analysis, finance intelligence research, and undertake advanced statistical and financial forecasting, scenario modelling and trends analysis

• Be involved with ad-hoc analytics requests and transformational projects.

• Analysing data for trends and making recommendations based on findings.

• Partner with business to navigate complex issues and change management agenda Drive projects on implementing solutions in SAP (S4/Hana) environment and related products like SAC

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech /data science/Statistics or relevant technical degree (Preferably from IIT/NIT)

• Minimum 7-10 years of strong experience in reporting and data analytics

• Advanced analytical skills to enable decision making with deep business insights

• Strong understanding of data engineering techniques and modelling

• Experience in: (i) working with complex databases, data extraction and data mining, (ii) coding in VBA / Excel, Python, R, Alteryx, SQL or equivalents

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools

• Experience using common data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBi) strong analytical skills coupled with business acumen, and an ability to think strategically

• Experience in SAP Analytics on Cloud (SAC) dashboard and visualization capabilities

• Deep understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases
