Roles and Responsibilities
Our client is looking to hire a Digital Data Analyst to join their eCommerce Team. You will work alongside other ecommerce, analytics professionals, and third-party consultants. Your primary tasks will consist of data pulling, cleansing, reporting, and analysis. You will also be responsible for communicating your findings to relevant stakeholders. A successful Analyst should have a natural analytical ability and be proficient in explaining difficult concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
What youll do:
- Leveraging multiple technologies to cultivate clean data sets (Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL etc.)
- Driving business decisions and understanding by distilling complex data sets into insights
- Creating intuitive dashboards and reports to aid stakeholders in assessing multiple areas of business performance
- Supporting the business by interpreting and translating business needs into data/reporting solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors (or greater) Degree
- Ideally in relevant subject matter (Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer/Information Sciences, etc.)
- 3 to 5 years of Data Analyst experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be comfortable using Excel (Pivot tables, macros, etc.) to analyze and cleanse data
- Adobe Analytics experience required (Segment creation, dashboarding, technical understanding will all be very much needed)
- Exposure to data management software (Tableau, Domo, SQL)
- Applicant should be detail oriented and capable of working independently
- Should be highly adaptable and prepared to learn new technologies in order to keep up with a dynamic work environment
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication ability
- Must be able to manage deadlines and multiple work streams in parallel
- Flexible to work during few US business overlap hours
