Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand Business requirement and make pointers in terms of expectations, deliverable, time line with details of stake holder accountable for tasks.
- Help maintain process documents and update them regularly
- Executing well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve company efficiencies.
- Identifying risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company’s IT framework.
- Create waterfall and ad-hoc reports for the tasks and share it with teams
- Able to have effective stakeholder meetings, understand deliverables, and drive successful outcomes.
- Follow complete lifecycle to build multi-channel task list – creating functional specification, build flowcharts workflows designs, unit end-to-end data testing, and deployment of the tasks.
- Up-to-date insight into the latest developments in the information technology sphere.
- Ability to work independently and knowledge of agile team structures.
Grade
- Assistant Manager Senior Officer
Prior Experience
- Minimum 1-year experience is a must (Banking Financial Services experience will be an added advantage)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and database marketing concepts
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL scripting is required
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and work in a team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Good time management and strong attention to detail
