NPG team is responsible for making Quarter on Quarter Improvement in complete Network Speed and Reliability metrics. Role is of End to End Process Design Expert who can collaborate with functional experts of FC, Transportation(MH,LH), City Logistics Teams in identifying areas of improvement (pareto analysis), performing Scenario building / Simulation to identify best scenario and finally aligning the Execution Teams to implement the same on Ground.
Job Description:
– Responsible for conceptualization, design solutioning and implementation of Order to delivery Speed improvement initiatives
– Owns network performance framework / measurement system as to systemically keep track of existing base network
– Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
– Manage Large Database of Network Files related to entire Ekart Network
-Evaluate Network Change requests from internal and external stakeholders basis multiple factors like Speed, Cost and Reliability
– Benchmarking current network with the network potential (Design performance vs Current performance)
– Identifying Network Improvement project plan for matching current performance with the design performance
– Bring consensus and agreement with stakeholders to finalize Network on a Monthly Basis (Monthly Network Plan)
– Drive stakeholders for implementing network initiatives on ground in a Seamless and fast pace
– Establish and Enforce Systemized approach and Supply Chain Tools / Network Optimization Capabilities for NPG team
