We are looking for an energetic, result-driven candidate to work as Procurement Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to support various procurement activities for different business units
- Complete process knowledge on P2P cycle
- The Procurement Analyst is responsible for all Procurement tasks and reporting needs.
- Support business teams with purchase order placement and follow up with the overseas vendors
- update the delivery dates & tracking numbers in the system
- Update the material master, prices, purchase info records in the system based on the business needs
- Follow up on the Receiving and invoice issues with vendors and warehouse team
- Create and publish various procurement reports with vendors
- provide the timely process updates to the onsite business teams
- Create procurement Dashboards /Reports using Power BI or excel tools based on the customer needs
- Profound experience managing vendors accounts; extreme customer-focus, both internal external, and a collaborative team player
- Self-motivated, demonstrate problem solving abilities, continuous improvement, and decision-making skills
- Ad-hoc reporting and super user function for procurement
Key Skills which are Mandate:
- Excellent Analytical skills to work with complex data and reports
- In-depth knowledge in procurement domain
- Strong Knowledge advanced excel and BI tool
- Effective and Efficient Stakeholder management
- Good oral communication
- Power BI Expertise (Added advantage)
- Implement cutting edge automation, including robotic process automation (RPA) to add efficiency through automation (Added advantage)
Minimum requirements to educational background & working experience:
- Ideally a bachelors degree in engineering or Master’s in Supply chain is preferred
- 4 to 7 years of experience in procurement with both developing complex reports and delivering on regular procurement tasks
- Good knowledge in SAP MM Module
- Excellent end-to-end procurement knowledge, methodology and tools
- Expertise in Advanced excel ,VBA and Power BI
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
