We are looking for a Financial Analyst(Third Party), who will be responsible for preparing dashboards, weekly, monthly/quarterly reports for diversified functions and processes across Danfoss using Power BI/VBA Macro. Should also possess AP/AR domain expertise to deal with performance reporting of towers.

Responsibilities

• Performance Management reporting for diversified functions and processes across Danfoss
• Tracking performance status by monitoring variances from agreed KPIs and TATs
• Increasing productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements
• Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; preparing Power Point presentations based on reports
• Providing insightful and meaningful reports and dashboard to the stakeholders across Danfoss

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• BCom/MCom/MBA, any degree related to Finance
• Expert and hands on working experience in SAP & BI tools in terms of operations and reporting
• Expert Knowledge in Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI
• Should be able to question data and bring in more analysis in work
• Should possess hands on work experience in reporting and data visualizations
• Very energetic and should possess good communication skill to interact with multiple stake holder from finance organization
• Quality Improvement Mindset consistently focusing on Process Improvement & Optimization
• Perseverance, Quickness, and flexibility
• Team player; very good co-operation, Customer Centric, receptive, and excellent communication skills
