Key Tasks and Deliverables:

• This person will work closely with all areas of IT to analyze the security measures and determines their effectiveness.
• This position will play a vital role in recommending changes that will improve every aspect of company security.

Position Objectives:

• Assists with the design, testing and implementation of security policies.
• Implements, monitors and reports on Security Awareness Training for Momentive s associates globally.
• Contributes to the recommendations and implementation of appropriate tools to assist with managing user awareness.
• Generates and analyzes reports and dashboards to share with management about the efficiency of security policies and recommend changes.
• Assists with the implementation of plans and protocols to protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction.
• Contributes to the adoption of new/existing policies, standards, processes, controls and technologies.

Key Metrics (KPIs):

• Responsible to participate in the development and monitoring of KPIs in the areas of IT governance, compliance and security.

Key Relationships:

• Internal: Infrastructure Team, End User Computing, Security Operations Center, Internal Audit, Legal, Data Privacy.
• External: Information Security Vendors

Accountabilities:

• This person will be a member of a small global team that helps ensure all defined Information Security processes are executed as defined and are operating efficiently and effectively, including Momentive s user awareness program.
