Basic Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: –

Analysis and Solution Definition

• Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of users Technical Recommendations and Testing.
• Leads Testing and deployment efforts.
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Identifies Software system strengths and weakness and suggests areas of improvement.
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Works with developments team (Inhouse/Vendor) to identify required changes.
• Communication needed changes to development team.
• Should draft the Business Requirements Documents BRS.

Applications Support

• Responsible for Incident Management in the developed system.
• Ensure System Implementation & Client Rollouts.
• Sets up the New Clients & Process in the System.
• Responsible for internal procedure documentation adhering to ISO/AEO Standards.
• Conducts Trainings as and when required.

Project Execution

• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
• Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
• Communicates and applies project standards.
• Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
• Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
• Understand the components of running a fiscally successful project.
• Ability to support surge sustainment if a need arises.
• Ability to independently travel to all the company locations.
