Job Description:
Must have:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years experience in IT Business Analysis preferably in Wealth Management domain (at least mutual fund domain)
- Experience working with client reporting, Fees, QPRs,Broadridge Custody systems and other applications
- Strong experience and knowledge of key interfaces between Custody and front/back office systems and the required trade data exchanges and reconciliation flows.
- Ability to independently analyze and triage various issues specifically around interfaces of Broadridge custody with other front office and back office systems and the assocaited data flows.
- Functional Knowledge of
- Candian mutual fund market and trends
- Very good exposure to life cycle of trading and mutual fund management
Requirement gathering and requirement analysis skills
- Experience in functional specification and or Use Case preparation
- Excellent team player who can functionally mentor/guide /assist/motivate team members and produce best team result.
- Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in test plan and test case preparation and review
- Experience in end to end functional testing
- Good exposure to Estimation, Planning, Task assignment, Tracking and reporting
- JMust havece of interacting with North America counterparts/clientsJ
