Job Location: Pune
As a Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics developer you will work closely in a cross-functional team responsible for the delivery of large-scale DWH/BI solutions to support their operational, tactical and strategic reporting as well as other analytical business needs. You will participate in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of such projects from business requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing and roll-out.
Role and Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in BI design, development and deployment.
- Should include expertise in:
- Data Analysis
- Scripting
- Dashboarding/visualization,
- Data modeling and reporting techniques
- Create advanced queries and reports, utilizing complex variable creation, multiple queries and other advanced techniques
- Experienced at data transformation
- Experienced in Dashboard designing, architecting, development and deployment
- Strong database designing and SQL skills. Experienced in RDBMS such as MS SQL Server etc.
- Experienced in data integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources.
- Advanced SQL knowledge, SQL scripting, nested selection, stored procedures, triggers, analytic functions, tuning, etc.
- Knowledge of other visualization software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc. is an added advantage.
Project Skills
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work on different projects/different teams.
- Strong problem resolution skills, testing and debugging skills. Well-versed with concepts and techniques of Data Analysis, BI and Data Warehousing.
- Must be familiar with a project s complete life cycle implementation of at least 1 to 2 projects.
Education & Project Experience
- B.E / B.Tech or M.C.A or equivalent degree in computer science.
