Join us as a Senior Quality Engineering Lead in CFO Solutions Tech. Your responsibilities include planning, managing, and supporting the Quality engineering function on the strategic Finance One platform for various regulatory programs. Your responsibilities include partner management, crafting detailed test plan and strategy and publishing quality metrics on a regular basis. You also assist your management with environment management, release management and test automation acceleration. You record and raise risks and issues as needed.

Required Candidate profile
We are looking for a highly motivated personality with great analytical and interpersonal skills. Other requirements are:
Minimum of 9 years of total experience with 4+ years’ experience as a Quality Engineering Lead
Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering methodology and tools
Analyze project requirements, architecture, technical design and functional processing to coordinate and facilitate the necessary scope of testing
Experience developing high quality test strategy, test plans and test cases
3+ years of experience with Big Data technologies and No SQL DBs – Cloudera, Hadoop, Hbase, Map Reduce, Pig/Hive, Hue and Spark)
Strong debugging or troubleshooting skills preferred
Prior programming or scripting experience in Python, shell and SQL is a big plus
Experience in agile methodologies a must; experience on Scaled Agile (SAFe) a bonus
Excellent communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
Practical knowledge and understanding of the financial services technology, specifically middle and back-office systems and processes
Extensive experience on test automation tools like Tosca, Selenium, Leapwork or UFT
