Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining HR data and reports
- Create and maintain HR dashboards
- Create monthly data reporting structures
- Create and maintain automation projects
- Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs, and respond to ad hoc requests
- Deliver monthly automated data updates
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced excel, with the ability to effectively and efficiently manipulate and analyze data
- PowerBi intermediate along with dashboarding the experience
- VBA and macro
