Job Skills &Requirements:
In depth knowledge of the Healthcare Domain in general and the Healthcare Insurance Domain in particular, including all aspects of the entire health insurance workflow at all the participating entities
In depth Knowledge of the functioning of the various entities involved namely healthcare providers, Insurance Companies, Third Party Administrators etc.
Experience in working with customers to understand their requirements and document them in the form of Business Requirements and then expand them to Functional Requirements
Ability to think out of the box and innovate
Ability to visualize future scenarios to enable creating a flexible configurable product.
Ability to articulate business requirements to other stakeholders of the software development lifecycle and work as a team to deliver quality software
Capability to do end user testing of the software to make sure that the software is developed as per the customer requirements in terms of functionality and usability
Ability to connect to and work with customers of different geographies within and outside India to ensure highest possible customer satisfaction
Experience of working on a software product, whether in a product development company or at a customer location during implementation of a product, will be a big plus
Experience of working directly at any of the entities in this space will be a big plus
Must be familiar with technology at a high level to enable understanding of technology issues related to software development
Roles & Responsibilities:
Contribute and align to the Company Product Vision
Stay abreast of the market and create product strategies ahead of the market
Innovate and lead innovation in the organization to deliver focused and high quality customer centric products
Create detailed Business Requirements and system specifications which the development teams can work with to develop a world class product.
Create a simple and effective user experience for the end user while creating and conceptualizing the product
Work with customer to understand requirements and map them to the product and create product requirements based on customer requirements
Educate customers and productize their thinking while evaluating software solutions
Do user testing of the product once delivered by Engineering and QA teams.
Manage a team of Junior Business Analysts as required. Capacity to lead a small team and ability to be an individual contributor at the same time is a key part of the roles and responsibilities. This position is not meant for people primarily looking at managerial responsibilities.
Create and review customer training material and programs and create rollout strategy for different releases of the product
May be required to travel to customer locations for short to medium term durations.
Assist in hiring business analysts as required for the Product Management team
Qualifications:
- Candidate from Engineering background
- Diplomas or certifications in the relevant technology areas will be a plus
