Principal responsibilities

The Fusion Programme is a major transformation within Finance HOST (HSBC Operations, Services & Technology department) that will re-engineer all of the HOST Financial Management processes, ensuring that HOST is able to provide the businesses with the transparency and insight into their charges, and also to meet any future organizational changes and regulatory requirements. Key elements of this are the deployment of:

1. Global Procurement solution across all HSBC functions, including P2P and Expenses
2. Global Internal Recharges and Billing solution across all HSBC functions.
3. Global Cost Ledger solution across all HSBC functions and a Primary Ledger Solution for the HSBC Service Company.
4. Global Planning solution across all HSBC Functions

• Current roles demand is to deploy configurations for small BAU (Business as Usual) changes & country releases.
• ADC team – their core responsibilities are to provide BAU enhancements to the Fusion production environments.
• This includes programme configuration activities in Dress Rehearsal and Production for country rollouts.

Requirements

• Oracle Fusion Applications functional consultant with experience of around 5-9 years on Finance area ES, General Ledger, Tax, Fixed Assets, Receivables
• Having knowledge of GL BPM (approval rules).
• Should have configuration experience, must understand Fusion applications design.
• Experience on Support projects and configuring modules end to end.
• Secondary skillset may be Oracle Fusion Billing, Costing
