ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Good Communication skill.
• 2. Good Understanding of Desktop / Laptop environment [Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 etc.]
• 3. Good Knowledge of Operating System and basic system administration skills.
• 4. Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
• 5. Install and update OS patch, Application software, utility software, internet browsers etc.
• 6. Good knowledge on user data backup and Antivirus software.
• 7. Knowledge in troubleshooting basic Networking issues.
• 8. Hardware Issues (Desktop, Laptop, Printer etc): Resolve / Coordinate with Suppliers/ AMC vendor for resolution
• 9. Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.”
