Job Description
To deliver end to end stable product to the market while working with Digital journey owner, business and IT stakeholders.
In this role PA is expected to refine product management skillset of writing user stories, technical understanding, product backlog management and agile practices
Understand production incidents, prioritize (along with business stakeholders) and get them resolved with support of technical team and other IT teams
Support product manager and technical lead or developer in resolution of business queries during project implementation
Perform user feedback sessions, market surveys, comparative study of journey, research on new data services etc. from time to time
Push innovation in the customer journeys by scanning market, competition, fintechs etc.
Skills and competencies
Excellent problem solvers i.e. ability to structure any problem and finding ways to get it solved
Strong project and stakeholder management skills is a must have
Effective communication skills while interacting with senior management and stakeholders
Multi-tasking ability and taking necessary prioritization calls
High degree of ‘ownership’ leading to ‘getting things done attitude’
Preferred candidate
Experience:
1+ to 5
years’ experience in product management/technical/techno-functional/system operations roles in technology (any sector)/BFSI space
Education: B.Tech/B. COM/CA/ MBA (Optional)
