Hiring for MIS – Pune, International voice process.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Should have experience working in international voice projects.
- Experience in capacity planning, scheduling, forecasting.
- Experience in preparing multiple reports.
- Experience in Accurate and Timely reporting & work on data and generate various types dashboards, reports/ad-hoc reports
- Meeting client requirements within TAT and with accuracy
- Ability to handle high level data analysis and data

- Should have knowledge of WFM/MIS – Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting and Reporting.
