We are hiring for the position of Data Analyst / Process Administrator – Customer Support for our Company
Job Description :
- Entering data accurately in the client’s interface
- Verify data and correct database. Review and verify the entries.
- Provide support to both onshore/offshore teams for other business processes and systems as required
- Good proficiency in the MS Office (Excel)
- Should have good Computer and OS Knowledge.
- Generation of MIS reports
- Basic Typing speed and accuracy essential
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
