Role:
Coordinate with other teams to ensure availability of components and environments.Resolve technical configuration issues raised by end users in each of the applications. Participate in the deployment of applications across multiple sites and platforms.Provide IT support for production related issues. Manage software and configuration changes on Test and Production environments. Troubleshot and diagnose system problems; install and configure varied applications.Analyze causes of production problems and develope methods for improvement. Manage daily modifications to support technical specifications.
