Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Manage a team of 7+ Analysts in leading through their deliverables by mentoring, coaching and developing the analysts on the team.
- Set functional goals and identify developmental and learning opportunities for the team members
- Work through various business partners to prioritize the analytical requests
- Lead and develop complex reporting and analysis solutions for the Inventory related business problems
- Experience on handling analytical projects along with business stakeholder management
- Develop and build analytic solutions using quantitative techniques for solving business problems and make business recommendations
- Perform ad-hoc analyses supporting a vast array of business scenarios
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in engineering/statistics
- 10+ Years of work experience in providing analytical solutions to the business
- At least 3+ years of experience in retail analytics
- Ability to provide various reporting analytical solutions
- At least 2+ years of experience in people management
- Wrangling data using complex SQLs and data extraction processes using data tools like SQL Assistant, Teradata etc.
- Experience working on Python
