Roles & Responsibilities
# The PO is a main liaison between adidas business and the Tech Services team, with the PO interfacing with the Scrum Master on a daily basis
# The PO collates and curates the Demand List from adidas business, an d provides a collated Demand List to the Tech team and the Scrum Master
# Within Demand Categorization, the PO categorizes the demand through Product definition, Priority definition and Build timeline
# The PO is responsible for Prioritizing demand but the Build Timeline needs to be validated after a discussion with the Scrum Master and the Development team
# The PO is responsible for creating clear Epic and Story definition, based on the business needs and the demand categorization
# The PO must adhere to capacity planning provided by the Scrum Master and Dev Team, post which the PO should define the details of the Epic and Sprints
# The PO, where providing User Stories or Story points to the Dev Team, is responsible for detailing the User stories or story point, post Scrum Master validation Joint Responsibilities
# The JIRA board will be created by the Scrum Master, with PO validation and inputs
# EPIC Complexity and Sprint Scale will be agreed mutually by the PO and the Scrum Master
# Business Priority vs Build Timelines will be agreed mutually by the PO and the Scrum Master.
