Roles and Responsibilities
This position will head the allocated BTG Group and will be responsible for driving – Solutioning, Testing, training, and adoption of various initiatives under his/her assigned business/verticals.
He/ She will be responsible for work allocation to BTG_Support teams under him/ her.
BSG_Lead, will be responsible for engaging with Business & Vertical heads as part of the design/ Conceptualizing projects, and will drive implementation and institutionalization for all initiatives.
They will be the communication SPOCs between the business and technical teams
Liaison between work streams and functions for getting inputs and will be responsible to identify bottlenecks and proactively work towards resolution.
Evaluating risks related to requirement management, project communications, training, and drive organizational change management.
Interacting with business teams to gather and document the business requirements; identify and analyse the business problems; propose solutions to complex business challenges while working with the business teams.
Conducting regular assessments to propose improvements in the suggested methods.
Playing a major role in monitoring, analysing end-to-end process, and providing ongoing feedback to the business and other stake holders
Facilitate discussion on key issues during pilots and roll outs and raise them to the Steering Committee for decision making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 5+ years overall experience in handling company level projects, initiatives, and implementation. Relevant experience in Business Loans, Loans against property, Housing loans, Car loans, Vehicle finance, auto industry will be an added preference but may not be a decider for eligibility.
