Roles and Responsibilities
Building Sales insights from various parameters like sales input efforts, product, category etc.
Designing and developing Incentives and rewards for the Sales team, insights
Reporting and process Automation for business intelligence will be a key responsibility.
Providing insights and developing strategies for MIS and aligning to business objectives in all stages of product/lead life cycle.
Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making.
Analyse data, derive insights and embed it into Business actions.
Preparation of various other reports which provide business insights and are key business drivers.
Re-engineer & rethink existing processes to make them optimized for business units & organization as a whole
Desired Candidate Profile
Data Analytics SME.
Must have great hands on experience with Python and SQL
Must have hands on experience in machine learning models (Regression, Random Forest/Tree based models, Clustering, Classification, NLP etc.)
Strong in SQL, Python and Excel
Experience in the field of Data Analysis, Data Visualization (preferably Tableau, Power BI).
Strong in analysing the Data and creating dashboards.
Strong in communication, presentation and business intelligence.
