Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
- Advanced excel, with the ability to effectively analyse data such as v-lookup ,formula, , h-lookup, etc
- Working with HR/ systems and reporting tools
- Identify data sources, gather, transform data and communicate intelligent results
- Update and maintain HR MIS Report on a timely basis.
- Ability to handle high-level data analysis and data
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
- A graduation degree from a recognized university is a must
- An Excel certified person
- Should be well versed with Advanced Excel.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
