Roles and Responsibilities

ACT Fibernet Chennai is hiring for MIS Executive.

Job Role : MIS coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

1. Candidate must have Excellent experience & knowledge in MS Excel (Well versed in all formulae & Working in Excel)

2. Reporting to management on daily basis

3. Preparation of specials report

4. Candidate must have experience in handling Physical Documents and filing

5. Responsible for reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis

6. Should be able to analyze and interpret data the right way

7. Co-ordinate with various function teams for collecting data and analyzed the various requirement Project Managing services

8. Follow up for timely commissioning of connection within the commitment date with regularly with BOI & Fiber TL. The same has to be maintained in a daily report

9. Send welcome emails to customers and sharing contact and escalation details

10. If any payment is not updated in MQ coordinate with Sales team

11. Eligible for backup lines customer tagging the tickets with internal and wireless and follow-up for the same

12. Need to Send CRM tickets related to all department and queues to team members and head and sharing the Dash board of the same on daily basis

Recruitment Specifications:

Education
Should be graduate/Diploma or an equivalent

Eligible Criteria:

1. Should have min 1 – 4 years relevant experience in MIS Executive role (Excel knowledge & experience is must)
2. 6 days working and 1 Week Off will be provided on a weekday
3. Age – Below 35
4. Immediate joiners or Maximum 15 days’ notice period are preferred
5. Please make sure that you have all the below documents in place to attend the interview.
