Senior Information Security Risk Analyst – Process Owner, Process Engineering

Primary Responsibilities:

Support both the process engineering and process execution of various technology & security proposals and audits
Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows. They will optimize team productivity by designing, testing, and implementing new processes, workflows & procedures
Assemble reports to document process status and changes. They will support the establishment and tracking of metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades to the operating model
Process Execution (25% capacity):Retroactively load completed proposals to build Loopio/RFPIO AI database and deliver intended return on investment
Proactively onboard new proposals into Loopio/RFPIO and run magic enabling a “follow the sun” approach and improve turnaround time

Process Engineering (75% capacity):Define, operationalize, and iterate an EISEO Operating Model (people, process, content, technology) including the establishment and execution of the following:Team Onboarding Guide – a detailed onboarding guide for new and temporary team member support.

Team Operating Runbook – a detailed “how-to” guide for completing a commonly repeated team tasks or procedures

Team Operating Library – SIPOC diagrams, process swim lanes, job aids, RACI diagrams, etc.

Monthly Operating Model Updates – a detail release of improvements supported by training, open office calls, etc.

Think Take Forums – a way to listen and improve the operating model. Feeds a groomed & prioritized backlog of improvements

Design & facilitate Best Practices Sharing/Forums (as needed)

Required Qualifications:

BTech degree or equivalent in CS/IT
5+ years of security industry experience
5+ years of experience as a Process Owner, Consultant, or Technical Product Analyst in a software environment (Preferably in Information Security domain)
5+ years of experience and a solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies
Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
Understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies
Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
Comfortable facing new challenges, ambiguity, and changes in direction
Familiarity with the ServiceNow and eGRC platform capabilities
