Roles and Responsibilities
This role is for a SEO specialist who will be responsible to analyse campaigns, optimise them on a regular basis. One of the primary goals would be to bring down the ACOS across Amazon marketplaces including UK and European countries, while also pushing the orders following via Advertisement.
- Setting up and optimizing ad campaigns and boost sales through sponsored ads.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (visits, conversion rate, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc.)
- Keyword bid analysis, on a regular basis optimize the spend and bidding of KWs
- Keyword scouting, campaigns are expected to be updated with trending keywords by scouting various channels like Brand analytics, search term reports, external tools like Jungle scout etc..
- Competitor analysis, conduct relevant market research and analyze competitors’ products, content, and prices.
- Must have an eye to understand and analyse the advertisement data and extract actionable items to boost sales
- Setting up promotions, tracking, and coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate degree
- An understanding of PPC marketing desirable
- Amazon Ads, Google, and other ad networks, Setup and manage Ad campaigns using Amazon PPC with the highest efficiency Optimize & rank listings organically using Ad campaigns for great visibility & higher conversion (desirable).
- Amazon SEO and PPC, Keyword Researching, Managing ACOS, Keywords Targeting and Bidding Budget Optimization, and Campaign Optimization (desirable).
- Proficiency in MS-Excel. Advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, & Pivot tables, etc.
- Should follow data driven approach
- Can do attitude and ownership is a must
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external teams
- Manage, review, and perform daily optimizations in Amazon Ad campaigns (desirable).

Work remotely: Yes, it is a work from home role. Base location is preferably Pune
Hours: Working hours will be 11AM to 6PM (It includes one hour break) and 9PM to 11PM (Monday to Friday).
Week Offs: 2-week offs (Saturday and Sunday).
