Reporting Manager: Senior Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
o Operate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
o Ensure accurate record-keeping and time tracking.
o Adaptable to changes in the work environment, following instructions for day-to-day responsibilities.
o Attend meetings/conference calls with the Client and Integreon Manager.
o Thoroughly understand the working of the process and its requirements.
o Assist the Client and Integreon Manager to manage staffing and Management Information.
o Proactively suggest perspectives to the Client and Integreon Manager on options to manage capacity.
o Generate intellectual MIS vital for smooth functioning of the process.
o Manage and build strong Client relationships by exceeding Client (internal and external) expectations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
o Proficient in MS Office; Advanced skills in MS Excel
o Decent English-speaking skills
o Should be able to perform high level data analysis
o Fixed shift – can start at around 2 pm and end by 10 or 11 pm India time
Education and Experience:
o Graduate or Equivalent
o Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting with a large production centre.
o Proven experience in working with varied workflow and timekeeping tools
o Experience of working as a Business Analyst or Project Manager with leading KPO or Captive centres
