Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for writing and defining the functional roadmap and functional architecture of the product with a global view.
- Role of functional expert responsible for banking products in Risk Domain and aware of regulatory reporting, credit risk, European regulations, etc. such as Anacredit, Corep, Finrep, Surfi, etc.
- Ensure that any change in functionality at the domain level is compatible with the product globally and without any negative impact.
- Responsible for analyzing requirements, undertake gap analysis with existing products, and define solutions/blueprints to fill the gaps
- Involved defining of customizable product configuration for the product in line with business requirements
- Responsible for supporting the development and testing teams during the project lifecycle
- Responsible for overall scope and trigger change-management process when needed (CRs, evolutions, etc)
- Product development experience and multiple stakeholder management experiences.
- Should be able to structure requirements as per development norms of SDLC with methodologies like waterfall, agile, iterative development.
- Should have basic knowledge of technology/framework like Java, Eclipse, SVN/Jenkins, etc., and tools used in software development.
- Good understanding of database design concepts and knowledge of SQL. PL/SQL skill
- Product understanding is mandatory.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution, design, and implementation of any core banking product.
- Fluent and strong communication skills (written and oral both).
- Good presentation skills.
- Total experience should be between 14 to 17 Years.
