Our client is a leading FinTech startup in Indonesia within P2P Lending, that also has first of its kind digital credit card offering. Based in Jakarta, our client is strongly backed by leading venture capital firms in Indonesia and Singapore.

They are looking for driven business professionals to join their hyper-growth journey and help them built a one-stop solution for all consumer financial needs.

The Job

You will be responsible for:

• Methodically and quickly troubleshooting and resolving issues in our business processes.
• Educating senior non-IT executives on the value of BI.
• Developing, tracking key performance indicators that drive the business. Understanding how these metrics align and tracking overall business strategies, goals and objectives
• Developing a comprehensive set of tools, reports and dashboards to systematically uncover new trends, gaps and opportunities for the business
• Hiring, coaching and developing our teams of business and data analysts to become world class problem solvers.
• Working closely with the C-suite to develop and execute strategic business projects and initiatives
• Developing and managing the BI roadmap to create an efficient data-driven organisation

Ideal Candidate

• You possess a Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar advanced degree
• You have at least 7 years’ experience in the field of data analysis, business intelligence, or equivalent.
• You also have at least 3 years’ experience managing teams and 3+ years’ experience working as a management consultant.
• Fluency in SQL, advanced Excel, highly proficient in working with data and numbers is a must
• You have an outstanding analytical mindset and problem-solving skills & you are able to break down and resolve complex problems systematically.
• You have the ability to define problem statements, quantify the impact to the business, synthesize data to tell the story, and recommend solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• You have a Can-do attitude, and are able to work in a fast-paced environments
