Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understanding business and technology needs.
- Helping people to use our products. Troubleshooting, investigating, and solving Customer Pain Points & Business Cases.
- Building a community of support by sharing knowledge and helping team members around the world. Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customer’s point of view.
- Take the role of a consultant in evaluating a customer’s requirement and map it to a product feature.
- Coordinate developers to build and improve the Product based on the Customer’s business needs. Industry-level satisfaction rate in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and problem-solving ability. Self-motivating and interested in having in-depth product knowledge.
- Knowledge of WordPress/Woocommerce will be a value add
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
