As Senior Data Analyst and member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the best data sources available, developing the processing systems for these datasets, and delivering these as inputs to the forecast teams. Working hand in hand as a partner with the forecast analysts across the world with be key.

Responsibilities:

Build, improve & maintain data eco-systems & data workflows to support the forecasting teams and various business stakeholders

Work under limited supervision and communicate effectively to set achievable expectations, to have a tight control over timelines and quality of work output

Understand the need from the stakeholders and fellow analysts and translate the need into design and develop the systems based on the design

Develop systems in various languages like Python, R or SQL

Be very curious and motivated to support various advanced aspects of analytics

Work closely with product owners, to understand their queries and find the best way to provide insights into the product.

Continuously learn and translate those learnings into improvements to benefit the global forecasting solutions

To make it happen, we re looking for you to have these skills:

Minimum education requirement of four-year degree in an Engineering or a computer science or a quantitative discipline. Additional education is preferred.

3 to 5 years of experience in building data analytics solutions and data workflows

Solid knowledge of relational database technologies

Excellent Python skills

Solid SQL skills

Experience using big data tools for data manipulation

Nice to have: Experience in one of the BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Passion for the automotive industry and working in a dynamic international team environment
