Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Sr. Business Analyst participates in end-to-end development, implementation, maintenance, and support of our enterprise applications. Responsible for business analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification, and functional testing. This role will be a hands-on contributor partnering with cross-location business and technical teams and contributing across all phases of the software development lifecycle in delivering enterprise-grade applications.
The successful candidate must have strong presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills in supporting a growing, dynamic multinational business.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 6 plus years of experience as a business analyst, product manager, or relevant experience as well as a record of individual technical achievements
- Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them to functional/technical requirements
- Expertise in business requirements writing and communication with business leaders
- Proven track record of delivery and ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business needs and industry trends
- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- Experience in ITIL processes and Service Management tools like ServiceNow
- Software development lifecycle experience following waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience in articulating non-functional requirements, Acceptance Criteria
- Experience in preparing technical documentation, User Manuals
- Experience in defect tracking and issue resolution
- Experience in identifying and executing test strategies, test plans, and functional test cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
- Very good soft skills, teamwork, and adaptability to challenges
- Ability to act in a proactive and consultative manner
- Exposure to Business Analytics & Reporting solution development using PowerBI, SSRS, Talend, Microsoft MS SQL Server, and object databases
Qualification: Bachelors in a computer-related field

Shift-Timing- 5:30 PM-2:30 AM
