Job Role:

8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.

Java/Scala tech lead with experience architecting stream processing and change data capture  systems to build out data warehouses.

Important skills:

• Leading a team of Engineers
• Systems architecture
• Spark, Kafka, Java/Spring, Kubernetes, AWS (S3, Redshift, EMR), Debezium, Data modelling (RDBM & DW modelling)

Soft Skills Required:

• Impeccable communication skills (ability to articulate in a clear, concise and structured manner)
• Good telephone and meeting etiquette – Demonstrate professionalism at all times
• Ability to converse with professionals that are native speakers (English language)
• Prior experience in handling US Clients
• For the Lead positions – Candidates should have experience in managing a team
