Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Location: Remote – India
This role is for a Kanban Dev Team of 5-8 members.
Responsibilities:
- Good comprehension skills to understand the business requirements and then identify and share incremental changes to meet the business need
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) to understand and share the tasks with the Development Team with emphasis on the WHY
- Ability to ask the right questions while scoping feature requests and user acceptance criteria
- Prior experience in ecommerce/manufacturing Domains or ability to grasp concepts with an open mindset to learn
- Good sense of ownership, detail-oriented and proactive in their approach towards their responsibilities
Desired skills
- A candidate with 1-3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in Ecommerce environment
