Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create regular reports/dashboards / MIS to monitor sales & related parameters to provide visibility to the field team on performance & observe gaps for improvement
- Perform Data Analysis on a periodic as well as project basis
- Participate in Budgeting & Forecasting for Retail Sales performance Pan India
- Coordination with cross-functional internal stakeholders to provide resolution to the on-field team
- Maintaining a Database of Retail Master Data
- Managing the retail customer requirements, capturing key information about the customers, collation of PAN India data & publishing the reports
- Participate & coordinate the regional/zonal level meetings to drive the performance & highlight the performance improvement
- Providing Data Solutions/models for new Projects from the Retail domain
- Thorough understanding of the online booking portal & support the field team with escalation for issue resolution
- Be a primary POC for the field team from the Corporate Team
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient with Excel (Mandatory) Hands-on experience with creating MIS & Dashboard is preferred
- The analytical mindset to understanding business processes & analyze business requirements from the field team
- Have a good relationship management skillset along with coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
- Quick Thinker & have a bias for action
- Prior experience with Tableau is a plus
Location- Bangalore Corporate Office
Working Days- 6 Days a week
