Job Description:
- Incident support specialist with Linux, Hadoop, Hbase, Kubernetes, Cluster management
- 3-5 years of experience in production support
- Hands on experience in Linux server administration, Discrete cluster administration and Hadoop
- Basic knowledge of Shell / Python scripting is mandate
- Hands on experience in Hbase / Kubernetes
- Experience in using ITMS ticketing tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Having knowledge on ITIL processes
- Having knowledge on Monitoring tools
- Knowledge on creating SOP and RCA concepts
- Preferable e-commerce domain experience
- Good to have skills : Python, Ansible.
