Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, business operations, or business solutions architecture focused on Web applications, Products, CRM
• Strong in Agile methodology experience
• Good knowledge in creating Wireframes, mockups
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Experience in the agile development cycle, running multiple sprints, and leading team to test & deliver business initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with cross-functional teams
• Evangelize and test new ideas with stakeholders; drive implementation to completion with key success metrics and business impact readout.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people
• Writing backlog requirements and user stories
• Demonstrates presentation and facilitation skills
• Comfortably interacts with clients and can develop business relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with contributing to the creation and execution of project plans
• Self-starter, able to complete work you’re leading on time
• Detail-oriented in approach to tasks
