• Drive alignment around tools and technology for monitoring, logging, tracing, configurations, and service management within IoT

• Define and lead the governance around design decisions around operability architecture for the IoT platform portfolio

• Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and re-use between development teams around operability and best practices

• Lead development of design best practices, guidelines, and rules for operability of IoT Platform Portfolio

• Work closely with the Development, DevOps, and Operations teams to continuously evaluate and improve how the products are operated

You will bring

• Experience as a tech leader in a DevOps or a leading role in operations of an as-a-service delivery (e.g. as a team leader, process developer, or tools architect)

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve operability of a complex software solutions

• Strong relationship building as informal leadership skills

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create both documentation and presentations that effectively explain complex topics
