Job Location: Mumbai
– Support on-site teams in designing and executing sourcing process
– Develop clean spend baseline
– Develop should cost models & benchmark opportunity
– Setup category dashboards (e.g., PowerBI / QlikView)
– Collate demand requirements – SKU specifications, business requirements
– Identify relevant suppliers to introduce into process
– Design and launch RFX leveraging templates
– Use e-sourcing platforms (e.g., Coupa, Jaegger) to run the RFX process and support collaborative optimization where applicable
– Conduct RFP analysis and prepare negotiation decks
– Degree from Tier 1/2 school | Masters Degree or MBA from tier 1/2 school
– Work experience of 1-3 years on operations topics (especially relevant for candidates with only Bachelors degrees)
– Experience in procurement / procurement consulting, especially with international companies, is a plus
– Strong communication skills
– Comfortable with analysis of large data sets
– Proficient in using excel and macros for analysis. Use of analytical tools (like PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau) is a plus
