Desired Skills/Experience:
- Good knowledge of various contracts types/classification of contracts in industry .
- Experience in dealing supply contracts, customer contracts, services, legal etc are required
- Understand business and functional contract management processes usually referred to as CLM
- Contract management experience ,understanding of contacting templates, clauses, and meta data.
- Adaptable to using configuration tools within Icertis SaaS platform
- Knowledge of SAP master data utilization via Boomi integrations
- Understand user management structure with vision for enhancement to meet security and compliance requirements
- Hands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, Support, roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.
- Experience in Data migration/Cutover activities such as master & transaction data.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Track record of supporting systems with global implementations
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of ICERTIS product implementations in accordance to ICERTIS implementation methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule and effort.
- Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives
- Drive requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with various teams to support across multiple engagements.
- Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements
- Contribute to ICERTIS product road-map through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.
- Drive Icertis system upgradations, consultation to provide business strategies
- Plan and coordinates efforts of others in performing project assignment tasks
- Lead business discussions to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, design, configure, test solutions.
- Coordinate with all stake holders to drive end to end solutions, bring value delivery, provide day to day support/trouble shooting issues
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide solutions
- Proactively identify areas for process improvements.
