Roles and Responsibilities
- To deep dive into assessment of key drivers for KPIs by drawing relevant business hypothesis and quantify the impact of these drivers on the relevant KPI
- Will be responsible for defining and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to business team
- Will be working closely with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making
- Will lead and mentor junior Analysts
- Required to think at scale and integrates solutions into delivery channels like UNICA, Salesforce etc.
- Should be able to engineer new features from existing variables and data sources available and from alternative data sources
Desired Candidate Profile
Atleast 5-7 yrs experience into Advanced Analytics and Data Science
